Application Process
Please read carefully the rules below and fill out the required information in order to apply for our programs.
Terms and Conditions
All students will abide by the following rules
1. No student shall attend our classes under the influence of alcohol or substances that disrupt their learning process or showing an improper and disrespectful behavior in the classroom, towards our team or teacher. Students who do do not abide by this rule will be removed from the course.
2. Classes are not made up.
3. Students will only be able to make up lessons with a doctor's prescription for illness.
4. Students must be on time for classes according to the schedule they are aware of. Too many unexcused absences or tardiness without justification will be cause for loss of classes.
5. During their stay at the institute, students shall exhibit respectful behavior among themselves and towards teachers and team.
6. Students must remain in their classrooms for the duration of each class block.
7. In case of force majeure such as street blockades or mass protests that negatively affect the student's attendance, the institute will be able to reorganize the missed class.
8. The courses have a duration of three weeks, which do not include Argentina’s National holidays, due to be coordinated taking into account the availability of the native Spanish teachers.
9. If the school cancels a class due to illness or non-attendance of the teacher,the student will be able to make up the class according to his/her availability.
10.Students must refrain from bringing dangerous, illegal or improper materials into the classroom. Students who do so may be dropped from the course.
11.Students must come to the classroom with the necessary school materials for their learning .
12.Once the course has begun, the amount paid will not be refunded, and the classes will not be recognized on account of future courses, nor will the value of the course be transferred to third parties.
13. Our exclusive textbooks are given ONLY to students with at least two weeks of Spanish classes with us.
14. Once payment for the program has been done, it cannot be refunded since the program is available to all students except in the case of a terminal disease by the student with a doctor's note.
