Visitors to Buenos Aires have the option of registering for single-day Spanish courses, either in the morning in the afternoon. Our daily Spanish classes are offered year-round, Mondays through Fridays, and taught by fully certified, Spanish native and bilingual instructors. In order to introduce the students to Argentine culture and make them more comfortable in their surroundings we organize a cultural talk with a representative from the Buenos Aires International Student organization. This is a native Argentine that comes to our school to discuss Argentine culture, mode of living, language and answer any questions the students may have. This makes learn Spanish in Buenos Aires easier.
Íbero also offers students many opportunities to experience Buenos Aires. We organize a number of our own weekly activities as well as work with student organizations in the city to provide our students with a number of options for activities and cultural excursions. The aim is to help students integrate themselves quickly in order to feel as though they are learning the culture and to help them feel comfortable in their surroundings.
At the end of each Spanish language level students take a course review and course exam. The course review is administered on the second to last day, and consists of a short test covering the level topics. This mini-exam is meant to gauge the students´ grasp of the material in order to assure they are ready to take and pass the final exam, as well as expose any areas which need to be reviewed further before taking the exam.
The Íbero exam is administered on the final day of each course. The exam covers all of the material covered throughout the course to learn Spanish in Buenos Aires and serves as a comprehensive evaluation of the students´ retention of, and ability to apply, Spanish course concepts. All students, in order to receive their final certification, must take the Spanish exam if they continue with the course through the final day. Furthermore, all students who wish to continue with their studies in the subsequent course must pass the exam with a score of no less than 75. All exams are corrected day of and kept as school property. If a student wants a copy of their exam we are more than willing to make photocopies for him/her.

I booked a group class for 5 mornings, and was in a class of two. so Ibero were definitely responding to customer need. Virginia, the teacher was excellent, she followed requirements, and although we were quite different in our learning styles and specific needs, she gave us challenging tasks. She was patient and helpful when I was attempting to speak Spanish, always the nervewracking part!! The office staff were helpful, and had a sense of humour too, despite a busy office with many people coming and going. Thank you, and I will be returning for my next set of lessons soon :-) Steph Young, UK
